Love at First(draft) sight

Hello, here's a new painting called Balancing act!

This playful painting explores the struggle of living a balanced life.

Throughout high school I worked in the freezer section of a supermarket, where I’d often spend nights packing the shelves with ice creams. Years later I still find myself thinking about ice cream and often incorporate it into my practice. So for me work and ice-cream have always been connected.

This painting is acrylic on linen, and measures 40cm x 30cm x 2cm.

In exciting news, this painting is included in the
Firstdraft Gallery online fundraiser exhibition, starting today until Sunday August 22nd!

You can place a bid on this painting by clicking here!

Firstdraft is such a special Sydney gallery and I'm so pleased to be involved in this fantastic fundraiser exhibition, alongside so many great artists.

Thanks so much for reading, hope you're going good and hope to see you soon!
