Most shopping lists are written quickly and without aesthetic consideration, and it’s through the act of slowly re-creating them that I allow myself the time and space to appreciate these seemingly mundane everyday objects, creating a permanent record of a fleeting moment. Here the humble post-it sized shopping list has been elevated in scale to suggest that often in life the little things are the big things.

Huge congrats to all the other entrants and finalists. The exhibition will be on display at Geelong Gallery from August 10 to November 3. For more info please click here!

In other exciting news, I'm so pleased to share that my bronze sculpture Hold Your Horses has been selected as a finalist in the upcoming Deakin University Contemporary Small Sculpture Award!

Hold Your Horses is my first bronze sculpture, and is a work that playfully encourages reflection on the art of slowing down.

Huge congrats to all the other entrants and finalists. The Deakin University Contemporary Small Sculpture Award launches at Deakin Art Gallery from August 28 until October 11.

And in other news, it's been such a massive honour to be included in the Sulman Prize, on now at the Art Gallery of New South Wales. Huge congrats to the winner Naomi Kantjuriny and to all the entrants and finalists! I'm feeling end-list-ly grateful!
The Sulman Prize is on display at the AGNSW every day from now until September 8th. For more info please click here!

Thanks so much for reading, hope to see you soon!
