Sean to be wild

Hi, hope you're going well, here's a new ceramic sculpture of a packet of mints, to help you have a minty fresh start to the year. The piece is called 'All chewed up'.

This weekend is your last chance to see Eat Art, the group exhibition I'm in at Hawkesbury Regional Gallery in NSW. For more info about the exhibition please click here!

This weekend is also the last chance to see the Linden 30th birthday group show I'm in at Linden Gallery in St. Kilda, Victoria. For more info about this exhibition please click here!

And of course my new solo show called Planes, Trains and Bubble'O Bills, is still on now until March 14 at Tweed Regional Gallery in NSW. Huge thank you to Art Almanac for including the show in this weeks trending list!

In other news, here's a new ceramic sculpture I made of a catalogue for an exhibition of the work by a Melbourne based artist whose work I really like Sean Meilak.
I loved this exhibition and so wanted to pay a little tribute by making this sculpture as part of my ongoing series of ceramic book sculptures.
Sean has a fantastic new solo show called Made for Melodrama, on now at Niagara Galleries until February 6. For more info click here!

Last week I brought my book sculpture along to the exhibition and Sean was kind enough to autograph it for me. Huge thank you to Sean!

Here we are alongside Sean's new piece, called ‘
Send in the Clowns'.

Thanks so much for reading, hope you have a nice rest of the day.

I'd like to acknowledge the traditional owners of the land on which I created this sculpture, the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin Nation, and pay my respect to their Elders past, present and emerging, who've been creating art here for thousands of years.
